installed, we'll instruct and train personnel in every phase of
its operation. Video instructions are available for most of the
equipment we install.
- Factory Certified Repairs
We'll perform on and
off-site repairs and shop fabrication of your equipment.
- Telemetry/SCADA Installation, Retrofits, & Upgrades
The efficiency of your
water or wastewater treatment system can be improved
significantly with an automated telemetry or SCADA control
system. KAI supplies and installs both panel-based and
computer-based telemetry systems. We can upgrade or retrofit
your existing system and maintain full operation during the
upgrade.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT |

Koester Associates, Inc.factory trained service technicians will service, maintain and calibrate your specified equipment on a regular schedule as outlined herein. |
|
Parts or equipment requiring replacement service will be quoted separately and furnished only after your approval has been obtained. |
|
|
Your TechCheck program will become effective immediately and will continue until terminated by written notice of either party. The TechCheck program can be terminated at any time. |
|
|
You will be advised prior to any scheduled TechCheck visit and will receive by mail a full written report after the visit has been completed. |
You may select, as outlined, any desired number of TechCheck visits per year, and indicate a preference for the months these visits are to be scheduled. |
You will be invoiced for the amount outlined on the TechCheck agreement after each visit, plus authorized extra expenses or parts. |
| The TechCheck program offers all users preferential scheduling whenever possible. We look forward to serving you. Please specify on the TechCheck Agreement form, the number of TechCheck visits you desire per year and the preferred months for these visits |
